Our Ragdoll cats and kittens are purebred and are registered with  TICA  The International Cat Association.

At 4 weeks of age, we will post that the kittens are available, and at that time you can place a deposit of $500. 

We keep a wait list. We take a non refundable deposit of $300. If there is not a kitten you connect with, you can move the deposit forward to a future litter. This guarantees you a kitten..  You do not need to sign the attached contract. It will be filled out when you arrive at pick up.

Kittens usually go home  at about 12 weeks of age.

You will receive a TICA registration form to register your cat once you provide proof of spay by 9 months.

Before a kitten goes to its forever home we will provide spay/neuter legal contract agreement that must be signed.  

We do not practice early spay/neuter because there are more health risks when altering a kitten prior to four months of age by any method.  All kittens are also sold with a written health and genetic guarantee.  Buyers will receive a health record with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. Kittens are blood tested for Feline Leukemia. 

We provide constant photos and videos throughout the 12 weeks you wait impatiently for your new baby.

Kittens are genetically tested through Wisdom and you will receive a detailed report listing their genetics findings, coloring and health clearance in the DNA testing.

PAYMENTS AND DISCOUNTS

Our kittens are $1800-$2000.  Pricing depends on the coloring and quality of the baby’s marking and lineage of the mom.

We are family oriented and our prices reflect that. We have the most affordable kittens that are individually dna evaluated and allow visits. We are proud to be an open cattery.

The breakdown of pricing includes a $300 wait list deposit, $500 deposit at 4 weeks old and $1000 at pick up ( $100 of that will be donated to the Hydrocephalus Association) 

We love to place our kittens in homes together, so we give $200 discount when purchasing more than one kitten from us.  

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of our cats or kittens at any time or to anyone we feel is not the right home for one of our cats.  

Full payment is due on/before your kitten leaves our home.

You may pay your balance in advance of arriving, via Zelle or VENMO for your kitten.  We will then  have you immediately donate $100 to the Hydrocephalus association at pick up or before and you get the tax advantage.

Altering is required for all kittens.  We do not sell breeders.

RESERVING & WAIT LIST:

Kittens are reserved on a "first come, first serve" basis for clients with deposits.  A kitten can be chosen by photos and videos or in person. We will do our best to send out an email notification announcing when kittens will be posted to the website and Facebook page. Please send us an email if you wish to be contacted when kittens are posted.

OUR CONTRACT:

A contract will be provided with each kitten purchased.  The contract is intended to protect the seller, buyer, and most importantly, the kittens.  Our contract states that if there is a fatality due to a genetic illness during the first three years, the illness must be proven by a licensed veterinarian and a necropsy report.  A replacement kitten will be offered when one is available.  Each kitten has a 90 day health guarantee.  We must be contacted within 90 days after adoption if there's a serious medical concern, diagnosed by a licensed vet; returning the kitten and replacement will be offered. We will not be held responsible for any medical expenses. We cannot replace your kitten if it is hurt in an accident or has an accidental poisoning.  A genetic condition is covered for the first three years. However, we provide full dna wisdom panel testing on each kitten demonstrating they are clear of genetic illnesses. 

We discourage declawing of our kittens, but understand there can be problem situations.  We recommend Soft Paws.  Most Ragdoll owners realize they are not aggressive cats and if given the proper scratching furniture, they will not damage your home, and rarely react aggressively with their claws.  

If you give your kitten the Feline Leukemia and/or FIP vaccines, all guarantees will be void.  These vaccines have not been proven to be effective and have negative side effects. It is in our best interest to not have any health issues and we do our best to ensure a safe, healthy purchase.  All buyers will be required to sign our legal contract before kittens leave our home.  Please read our contract before purchasing a kitten from us. 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING: 

We can suggest a transport pet courier if you live far away. 

We do not ship kittens in air cargo. 

We live 30 minutes outside of our nation’s capital, so it is easy to fly in. We can bring your baby to the airport to meet you.
