My daughter Anna and I have a small family cattery of Ragdoll cats in Maryland just outside of D.C.
Our Ragdoll kittens for sale are spoiled to death until they go to their new homes. They are never caged and our kings have their own homes. We hope you love them as much as we do!
Anna has Hydrocephalus (water on the brain). She has had over 20 brain surgeries. She wants to do her part to find a cure to prevent the need for excessive surgeries. Kittens for a Cure will donate in your name to the Hydrocephalus Association.
We are both published authors of multiple books for children and adults from novels to biographies, workbooks for people with brain injuries, and lots of fun cat coloring books.
Each quarter we offer an informational online session to learn about the breed and let us answer all of your questions. What makes them so special and expensive? Are they good with children? Is a male or female best for my family? What exactly IS the flop? And how are they like a dog?
The next seminar is February 9th at 7 pm EST. Tickets available here on Eventbrite. One ticket per household. This seminar could save me a thousand dollars or more if it helps you avoid getting scammed!
We keep a waiting list. It is $300 non refundable
You can then come see your kitten before you make an in person deposit at about 6 weeks. Watch our Facebook page for pregnancy and birth update at Ragdoll Babies.
We are an open cattery. We LOVE visits!
See FB at Ragdoll Babies for current kitten pics.
We have written a book for anyone looking for a kitten from a breeder.
The book helps you know what to ask a breeder to get a happy healthy kitten, and never get caught in an online scam!
it is available in English, Spanish and Mandarin. I highly recommend anyone read it first before choosing a breeder.
I ASK THAT ALL NEW PROSPECTIVE PARENTS READ THIS BOOK BEFORE CHOOSING ONE OF OUR BABIES.
It is very short but packed full of knowledge. It will help you know what to ask potential breeders, what red flags to watch out for, and what to look for in a home visit.
See all of our books on Amazon. We have lot of of coloring books in many languages for all ages. We also have fairy books and reverse coloring book under the name Lexi Lou ( yes, Lexi is now a cat author)
Check out this great video From Tony DiNozzo character, actor Michael Weatherly to my daughter about Ragdoll cats!
Please tell us: Why are you wanting to purchase a ragdoll? Do you have any experience with ragdolls in the past? Tell us about your family and current pets. Tell us about your family and current pets. When are you looking to adopt?
Podcast creator of Catitude, Michelle Fern, interviewed Mariquita about her book. Mariquita was able to point out reasons people choose a breeder for their new babies, as well as give key tips to buyers to make sure they never get scammed online!
.
WE ARE AN OPEN CATTERY- Covid is behind us- we want you to visit your baby at 4 weeks! I will bombard you with photos and videos at all times of day or night, so be prepared!
We started our Ragdoll journey when we obtained Romeo, a black solid mitted ( Tuxedo look) to replace a shelter domestic cat that passed away. We fell in love with the breed and ended up getting his brother Zorro as our first stud. Romeo has always been our neutered pet who inspired our cattery.
Jinger Is from Poland and was born in 2024. She is going to her first show in 2025. She is a seal tortie and will be able to have flame, lilac and chocolate babies. Her father is an enormous flame. Her babies are going to be large and fluffy. We are so excited to have her join our cattery. She is crazy about feathers!
She is double HCM negative. Genetic clear for all conditions.
Always ask prospective breeders about your kitten's lineage
prior to making a purchase.
I am happy to show their genealogy upon request.
Frannie and Luna are Izabella’s babies from our 2024 litter. They are sisters and will be future moms. Their mom is from Germany and their dad Parker’s parents are from Russia and China. They are some of the cuddliest cats we have ever bred and hope this passes to their babies. Luna is a seal lynx bicolor carrying chocolate and Frannie is a chocolate lynx mitted Cherubim with a mismark on her nose.
Jesse is a rare lilac boy. He is from Sweden and I flew to Denmark to pick him up to join our cattery! He is bringing quality lines and unique coloring to our cattery. Babies expected summer-fall 2025 from Jesse. He has a special name as my Danish grandfathers name was Jessen and we wanted to honor that heritage.
Rose is a seal mitted with a blaze. She had her first litter summer 2024! She is from Izabella, a seal mink lynx Cherubim imported from Germany, and Zeus a blue bicolor lynx imported from Russia. She was born in 2023 here in our cattery.
Tali Joy is our retired king Zorro's daughter. She is a seal lynx mitted. Mom Zoe was from Russia with champion bloodlines. DNA negative all diseases through wisdom panel. She is the best mom and has very sweet natured babies. She is named after Dinozo’s daughter on NCIS and after me:) She was born in 2021.
Izabella is our only Cherubim mom. She is a seal lynx mink with aqua eyes. She was imported from Germany. Her babies are the sweetest cuddliest babies you have ever seen! All our parents rave about their personalities. She was born in 2021.
Suzy Q is a bicolor seal lynx who arrived from Germany in October 2022. She was born in 2022 and may have her first litter this year. She is extremely friendly as everyone raves about when they visit. She loves to lick your arm!
